You can request deletion of server-side data associated with your use of Quran Chat Buddy on iOS or Android. This page explains what we store, what we delete, and how to submit a request.
At Quran Chat Buddy, we respect your privacy. You can request deletion of data associated with your use of our mobile app on iOS and Android. You do not need a traditional account login — the app uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication, which assigns a persistent identifier to your session.
Upon a verified request, we can delete the following server-side data:
Chat messages are processed in real time and are not stored on our servers after your session ends. Subscription and purchase metadata is managed by RevenueCat and Apple or Google; see the Subscriptions section below.

We will verify and process deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when complete.
You can also take the following steps without contacting us:
Requesting data deletion does not cancel an active subscription. To manage or cancel a subscription: on iOS, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; on Android, go to Google Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Purchase records may be retained by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat as required by their policies.
